Earlier this year, the German energy concern E.ON sold its Nordic technology services division E.ON ES to the investment fund Altor, creating a "leading total supplier in the Nordic region within energy technology and contracting work" with 1.500 employees in Sweden and Norway. As a result, E.ON ES changed its name to One Nordic on September 1, primarily marketing itself as "One". The new corporate identity was developed by the Swedish agency Adamsson Appelfeldt.
